How to Set Up Zoom Integration in Lawcus?

Integrating Lawcus with your Zoom account allows you to host video meetings and collaborate with others seamlessly. With this integration, you can schedule and join Zoom meetings directly from the Lawcus platform and inform your collaborators through automated emails.

Here's a step-by-step guide to setting up the Zoom integration in Lawcus:

  • Log in to your Lawcus workforce as an admin to begin the process.

  • Once logged in, click on the avatar logo in the top right corner of the screen to reveal a drop-down menu. From there, select the "Settings" option.

  • In the Settings menu, find the "App & Integration" sub-menu and click the Zoom icon.

  • In the ensuing window, you'll find an "Enable" button to activate the Zoom functionality for your workspace. Click on this button to proceed.

  • You will be prompted to enter the login details of an existing Zoom account. This includes your Zoom email and password. Alternatively, you can choose to sign in using Google, Facebook, or Single Sign-On (SSO) methods for added convenience.

  • Once the integration is successfully enabled, you should notice that the enabling button has turned to "Disable" in the ensuing window. This change indicates that the Zoom functionality is now active for your Lawcus workspace.

  • To schedule a Zoom meeting within Lawcus, navigate to the "Calendar" section on the left-hand side of the screen. Click on the "+" button at the upper right-hand side of the screen and select "New Event."

  • In the event creation window, ensure that you input the meeting's correct date, time, and duration. To associate a Zoom meeting with this event, click on "Add Zoom Meeting."

  • After adding the Zoom meeting, click on "Save" to confirm and save the event.

Joining a Scheduled Zoom Meeting:

When the time for your scheduled Zoom meeting approaches, follow these simple steps to join the meeting through Lawcus:

  • Go to the "Calendar" section on the left-hand side of the screen.

  • Locate the upcoming meeting you want to join on your calendar and click on it.

  • Click on the "Join Zoom Meeting" hyperlink associated with the event. This will automatically start your video meeting in Zoom.
