Just as you can have a dossier on a lead in the real world, Lawcus allows you to maintain all details of your interaction with the lead in one place, right till you either convert the lead into a client or mark the lead as a lost lead.
To view the details of a Lead:
Click on Leads in the sidebar menu to open the Leads screen.
Click on the Lead Card in the Pipeline view. Lawcus displays the Lead Details screen.
Note: In the List view, Not hired leads view, or the Converted leads view, click on the name of a Lead to view its details.
A. This area contains the name of the lead and buttons to edit or make changes to the entry, convert the lead into a matter, or mark the lead as a lost lead.
B. Access the various tabs of the Lead Details screen.
⦁ Info: View details of the lead and matter; also view details of your interaction with the lead.
⦁ Tasks: View tasks associated with this lead.
⦁ Files: View files received from or sent to the lead.
⦁ Calendar: View details of meetings with the lead.
C. Details of the matter, estimated matter value, and the names of the originating and responsible attorneys.
D. Details of all the activities or interactions you've had with this lead.
E. Use this area to add:
⦁ Add Notes about the Lead
⦁ Add notes about a Meeting
⦁ Add a record of a Fact
⦁ Add details of an issue related the lead or matter
⦁ Add a Phone log entry
⦁ Add an Email log entry
F. Set the visibility of the matter.
G. Close the Lead Details screen and return to the previous screen.
H. Quick Actions panel.
Use the Quick Actions panel to quickly perform the following actions with this lead entry:
⦁ Make changes to the lead entry
⦁ Change the visibility of the entry
⦁ Delete the lead entry
⦁ Convert the lead to a matter
⦁ Mark the lead as a lost lead
⦁ Send intake
⦁ Apply workflow
