In Lawcus, managing your leads efficiently is crucial for optimizing your law practice's success. You may sometimes encounter leads unsuitable for your services or have chosen another attorney. In such cases, marking the lead as a Lost Lead is essential for maintaining accurate records and streamlining your workflow. This article will guide you on how to view your Lost Leads list in Lawcus, enabling you to review your interactions with these leads and potentially reconsider their cases.

  1. On the sidebar menu, click on the Leads tab to access a comprehensive list of all your leads.

  2. To view the Lost Leads, navigate to the "Not hired leads" option on the top. Click on it, and Lawcus will display a list of all the leads marked as Lost.

Re-opening Lost Leads: Upon accessing the Lost Leads list, you can review each lead's interaction history details. Click “Re-open lead” under “Quick Actions” to re-open. Upon reopening, the lead will be moved back to your active leads, and you can continue your communication and engagement with the lead.

By using Lawcus to manage your leads effectively, you can optimize your law practice's productivity and ensure that no potential client falls through the cracks.
