At some stage in your interaction with a lead, you may come to the conclusion that this lead is not worth the effort, or the lead may have chosen some other attorney. In these instances, you can mark the lead as a Lost Lead.
Lawcus maintains a list of all leads that you have lost so that you can view the details of your interaction with the lead and/or re-open the case, if required.
To views the list of Lost Leads:
Click on Leads in the sidebar menu to open the Leads screen.
Click on Not hired leads. Lawcus displays the list of lost leads.
