Notes are an essential recipe for efficient case handling. Just as they come in handy in easing tasks such as brief preparation and drafting, they can help a client understand your thoughts and identify what has been or still needs to be done on a matter.


Note: To be able to share notes successfully, you must have previously shared the matter with the client and added the client as a person.


Sharing notes with your clients on Client Portal

To forward a note to your client:

  1. Go to Matters


  2. Click on the client's matter


  3. Hover on the desired note and click share from the list of floating icons


  4. Tap on the empty field to reveal a dropdown list from which to choose the client's contact
