If you're having trouble sending an invoice via email, here are a few steps you can take:

  1. Check Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Sometimes, a poor connection can hinder emails from sending.

  2. Probable Cause: You probably recently changed your password, or the email access token has expired after being connected to Lawcus for more than a year.

  3. Try an Alternate Email Method: Try sending the invoice through a different email service or platform to see if the issue persists. If it is urgent, you can download the invoice, copy the invoice link, and forward it directly from your email to the client.

  4. Email and Calendar Integration: Check your email integration under Settings > Apps and Integrations >Email and Calendar Integrations.

If none of the above resolves the problem, contact technical support for the software or email service you're using. They might provide specific troubleshooting steps.
