The Invoice History report gives users detailed historical information about invoices which is grouped by client or responsible attorney, covering details such as the status, the amount paid, and outstanding balance, where applicable.

You'll also find on this report's dashboard a total of your firm's gross amount billed, invoice discounts given, as well as the sum of flat fees, tax rates, expenses, and time entries amounts invoiced over the desired period. This information aids quick reconciliation and review of your payables activities.

Note: Only invoices marked as sent or paid will appear on the report.

Navigating to invoice history dashboard

To navigate to the invoice history dashboard:

  1. From anywhere on Lawcus, click Dashboard on the side-menu


  2. Tap Reports


  3. Navigate to Invoice History


Filtering invoice history data

To filter invoice history data to satisfaction:

  1. Tap the Filter button


  2. Choose metric(s) to filter details that's featured in the report


  3. Close the window once done filtering


Generating an invoice history report in PDF format

To generate an invoice history report in PDF format:

  1. Click the Download PDF button


  2. Tap Save File and then Ok


  3. Open up the downloaded report with any desired software


Curating an invoice history in CSV format

To put together an invoice history in CSV format:

  1. Click the Download CSV button


  2. Tap Save File and then Ok


  3. Open the report with any spreadsheet software
