The General Client Ledger Report gives your law firm an in-depth closeup of transactions that occur in your firm's operating account. It is organized alphabetically by client name and presents information such as payments coming in and going out, transfers, and the cumulative balance of payments made by each client.
Its importance lies in its being used to keep an eye on your legal business's financial health through the summaries of day-to-day activities on the operating account over a certain period.
You can filter the report based on:
Select Client | Strictly highlight trust balance of the chosen client |
Select Matter |

Select Practice Area | Limit the trust balance summaries to only clients that have matters in the designated practice area |

Date Range | Restrict the report data to trust transactions that fall within the period selected |

Tap Reports
Navigate to General Client Ledger interface

Tap the Filter button
Choose metric(s) to filter details that's featured in the report
Close the window once done filtering

Click the Download PDF button
Tap Save File and then Ok
