Integrating Your Lawcus Account with WordPress

Please note that although the Lawcus plugin is currently in the beta stage and not available on the WordPress store, we invite you to reach out to us directly so that we can provide you with the plugin ZIP file for installation.

Integrating Lawcus with WordPress

Here's how you can integrate Lawcus with your WordPress backend:

  1. Access your WordPress backend and navigate to the "Plugins" section. Hover over "Plugin" and click on "Add New."

  2. Select "Upload Plugin" and click on "Browse" to locate and select the downloaded Lawcus plugin file on your computer.

  3. Click "Install Now," and once the installation is complete, click "Activate Plugin" in the following window.

  4. Return to Lawcus and go to "Settings," then select "API Tokens."

  5. Under the "API" dropdown, choose "WordPress," enter a token name, and click "Add" to generate a token.

  6. Copy the generated token and go back to the "Installed Plugins" page in WordPress.

  7. Locate "Lawcus" in the plugins list and click "Settings" beneath it.

  8. Paste the copied token into the "Authorization Token" field, then click "Save Settings."

Please note that the instructions provided above assume that you are using a self-hosted WordPress website. If WPEngine hosts your website, some steps may differ. Additionally, please be aware that plugins are only available on WordPress if you are self-hosting or on a Business plan.
