Automating client portal invitations through the workflow is an excellent way to save time and effort in the client management process. This feature enables you to automate the invitation process for new and existing clients, allowing you to focus on other essential aspects of your legal practice.
Automating client portal invitation
To set up the client portal invitation workflow:
Access Automation and add a new workflow
Select Client Created as the trigger type, and click Continue
Note - The trigger can be anything related to Matter/Contact
Choose Invite client as the next action, then click Next
In the matter client field, select Client Id from the Use the client value from trigger drop-down options, and then save your configuration.
