Lead sources are an essential component of a law firm's marketing and growth strategy. While some referrals may come organically, they are generally not enough to sustain a law firm's business. You can strategically collect data to determine which sources are the most effective and which may need to be dropped. There are both online and offline referral sources for attorneys, including online directories, word-of-mouth recommendations, and professional networks.
Steps to Add a New Lead Source
Click on the
Leadssection on the left.Select
More Actions, then chooseLead Sourcesfrom the dropdown menu.Enter the new lead source within
Enter new source namefield, and pressEnteron your keyboard to save.
To edit the existing lead sources, click on the Edit Icon and make the changes followed by Enter to save the changes.
Simply click on the Delete (Trash Icon) to delete or remove a lead source.
