Eternal Pro Integration with Lawcus

The Eternal Pro + Lawcus integration is fast, secure, and bidirectional. It allows you to seamlessly import clients from Lawcus, manage their digital estates in Eternal Pro, and export completed data back without disrupting existing workflows.

Steps to Set up the Integration

1. Log in to Eternal Pro

  • Access your Eternal Pro dashboard.

  • From here, you can view all clients and track where each is in their estate planning journey.

2. Navigate to Integrations

  • In the left-hand navigation menu, hover over Integrations and select Lawcus.

3. Connect Your Lawcus Account

  • Click Connect to Lawcus.

  • Complete the secure authorization flow to grant Eternal Pro permission to sync with your Lawcus account.
    ​

4. Import Contacts from Lawcus

  • Once connected, your Lawcus contacts will automatically appear in Eternal Pro.

  • Select the clients for whom you want to create digital estates.

  • Click Import Selected Contacts.
    ​

  • Eternal Pro will:

    • Provide a secure digital estate for each client.

    • Apply encryption safeguards to protect sensitive data.

    • Send an invitation to the client to begin their digital estate journey.

  • Imported clients will appear in your Eternal Pro dashboard.

5. Export Data Back to Lawcus

  • Choose a client to send data back to Lawcus (e.g., a client whose estate planning journey is nearly complete).

  • Click the Export icon next to their profile.

  • Select Lawcus as the destination.

  • Choose what to export:

    • Intake questionnaires

    • Asset inventories

    • Or both, in one or multiple formats

  • Click Export.

  • Eternal Pro securely delivers the selected files directly into Lawcus.

6. Verify the Data in Lawcus

  • Switch to Lawcus and navigate to Contacts.

  • You will see the newly created contact along with the associated digital estate intake.

  • All documents are organized and ready to use within Lawcus.
