Bulk Update Invoices

Perform actions on multiple invoices at once using the existing invoice actions with bulk selection and shared permissions.

Written by Devanshi Kackar

Bulk Update lets you perform actions on multiple invoices simultaneously. The available bulk actions are the same invoice actions you already use individually, with the addition of bulk selection and shared Bulk Update permissions.

Important:

  • Bulk Update is enabled by default for Owners and Admins.

  • Members, Co-counsel, and Clients cannot access Bulk Update.

  • Custom roles can use Bulk Update only if the Bulk Update permission has been granted.

  • Download and Delete actions are available only to Owners and Admins.

  • If your role does not have Bulk Update permission, the Bulk Action Bar will not appear.

How to Bulk Update Invoices

  1. Navigate to Invoices.

  2. Select the checkbox beside each invoice you want to manage.

  3. Once invoices are selected, the Bulk Action Bar appears at the bottom of the page.

  4. Choose the action you want to perform.

  5. Complete the required steps and confirm the action.

The available bulk actions are the same invoice actions that are available for individual invoices. Bulk Update does not introduce new invoice functionality—it simply allows you to perform existing actions on multiple invoices at once.
