Through Lawcus, you will not see it as a drip campaign feature; you can utilize our workflow features to send drip emails with pre-written content on milestones.

Steps to Send Drip Emails through Workflows

Let's take an example where a new lead is created, and then the drip emails are sent out to the client.

  1. Click Automation on the left sidebar and click on +Add Workflow to create a workflow.

  2. Input the Name and Description of the drip marketing workflow and set Lead Created as the Trigger type. Choose Pipeline and Stage, and click on Continue.

  3. Scroll down to select the Time Delay action to set-up Delay for a set amount of time or Delay until a day or time, and click Continue+new action.

  4. Choose Send Email as the next action and click Next to create your first email drip.

  5. Choose one of your users or yourself as the Sender of the drip email or use the Custom option.

  6. Specify that the recipient's name should be sourced from the new lead details. Click on Custom and Use lead value from trigger to fetch details from the lead.

  7. Input a Subject line, compose your email message, or use the templates and click on Continue + New Action.

  8. Create another Time Delay action, add the next email drip and finally click on Save.

Note: You can add as many Time delays and emails as you want in your drip email campaign. Once done, tap the Inactive toggle into Active state to get the drip marketing workflow running.
