The Scheduler Appointment Workflow Trigger in Lawcus allows you to automate various tasks, notifications, and reminders associated with client appointments.
Setting up the Workflow Trigger
Let's understand how you can set the Scheduler Appointment Trigger with an example where you are creating leads based on Appointment:
1. Navigate to the left side menu and click 'Automation
.'
2. Click the + Add Workflow
button to create a new workflow.
3. Put a Workflow Name
and Workflow Description
for the workflow to quickly identify it in the future.
4. Setup Trigger type
by clicking on 'Select trigger
' and selecting New Scheduler Appointment
from the dropdown menu.
5. Specify whether the workflow action should apply to Any scheduling page
or Specific teammate’s scheduling page
. If you choose Specific teammate's scheduling page
, you must select both the Teammate
and their Scheduler page
. Click Continue
.
6. In the following action, choose Create Lead
as the new action and click Next
.
7. Set up
the action of entering data in fields by mapping info from the previous steps. You can also enter Custom fields and tags.
8. You can also designate an email for a newly-created lead. To do that, select Send Email
as the new action and tap Next
.
9. Enter details
of the email and tap Save
to bring the automation workflow to a wrap or tap Continue + new action
to add more actions
Note: You can add as many workflow actions as you want.
