Automating lead creation with workflows
Follow the steps below to automate lead creation using workflows:
Navigate to Lawcus Dashboard and access the Automation section. Click on β+Add Workflowβ to create a new workflow.
Choose "Intake form submitted" as the trigger type for your workflow. Click on Continue to move to the next action.
Select "Create lead" as the next action in your workflow. To ensure the lead created contains the relevant information from the prospect's intake form, set up the "Create lead" action by binding values from the trigger.
Once you have configured the trigger and action, click on the "Save" button to finalize the workflow setup.
