FAQ1: Can I bulk-email leads filtered based on practice area and tags?
Answer: Bulk emailing is not possible. However, it is possible to filter leads by practice area and tags using entry rules in a workflow and selecting the appropriate tags & practice areas to filter out. When you add a workflow, after the lead creation or update action, click on Entry Rules. Select the Field as Practice Area AND/OR Tags and click continue. On the next page, manually select the recipients to send them in one go and use the field option to automate the email sending part.
