By using workflow automation, you can streamline the process of updating lead records with the most current information. This saves you time and effort that would otherwise be spent updating each lead individually. The updated lead records can then help you convert leads into clients with matters more efficiently.

Steps to Update Lead Information with Workflow

  1. Navigate to Automation and click on + Add Workflow โ€‹to create a new workflow.

  2. Select Intake Form Submitted as the Trigger Type and click on Continue.

  3. Select the desired Intake Form and click on Continue.

  4. Choose Update Lead as the next action and map lead details with the fields in the chosen intake form.ย 

  5. Save your changes and exit the window. You can also add more actions by clicking on Continue + New Action.

FAQ1: Can I bulk-email leads filtered based on practice area and tags?

Answer: Bulk emailing is not possible. However, it is possible to filter leads by practice area and tags using entry rules in a workflow and selecting the appropriate tags & practice areas to filter out. When you add a workflow, after the lead creation or update action, click on Entry Rules. Select the Field as Practice Area AND/OR Tags and click continue. On the next page, manually select the recipients to send them in one go and use the field option to automate the email sending part.
