How to Import Time Entries into Lawcus using a CSV File?

If you're switching from another practice management software or have been using spreadsheets to track your time, you can easily import all your time entries into Lawcus using a CSV file. This way, your future analytics will cover all your past data, helping you get a better understanding of your work patterns and performance.

Note: All time entries data import csv files must conform with this downloadable sample file.

Importing time entries data

To import time entries to your Lawcus account, follow these steps:

  1. Click on your avatar image and select "Settings".


  2. In the "Apps and Integrations" section, click on "Export & Import".


  3. Navigate to the "Time Entries" tab and click on "Import".

  4. Make sure your data is in the correct format by using the downloadable sample file as a guide.


  5. Click on the “Click to Select” button to upload your completed CSV file.

  6. Map data in “Activities” to make sure the Import has been done properly.

By following these steps, you'll be able to quickly and easily import all your time entries into Lawcus, saving you time and reducing the risk of errors that can occur when manually entering data.
