Steps to Configure the Create Person Action
Let's understand this with a scenario where a New Appointment is Scheduled, and we want to add the person in Lawcus automatically.
Go to
Automation
on the left and click on+ Add workflow
under theWorkflows
tab.Add a
Workflow Name
andWorkflow Description
.Add
Trigger Type
asNew scheduler appointment
and click onContinue
.Complete the
Setup
by selecting eitherAny scheduling page
orSpecific teammate scheduling page
. Finally, click onContinue
