Outlook Mail by Microsoft is undoubtedly the most popular messaging and mailing hub for streamlined communication between law firms, legal departments, and opposing parties.

Integrating your Lawcus account with your organizational Outlook email offers many benefits. It optimizes client contact management, fosters collaboration among team members and external parties, facilitates resource sharing, and much more.

Step-by-step guide for integrating Lawcus with Outlook Email and Calendar:

  1. Click on the Avtar Icon and select Settings.

  2. Navigate to 'Apps and Integrations' and choose 'Email and Calendar'.

  3. Click on the Enable button to initiate the process.

  4. Enter your Outlook email address and click Sign In. ​

  5. Enter your Password and click Sign In.

  6. Tap the two toggles to complete the email and calendar integration.

  7. Map your Outlook Calendar to Lawcus

These steps will seamlessly merge Lawcus functionalities with Outlook, enhancing your workflow efficiency and collaboration capabilities within the legal sphere.

FAQ1: How do you make tasks appear on the integrated Outlook calendar?

Answer: Our integration with Outlook Calendar primarily syncs events. Unfortunately, tasks do not sync to Outlook Calendar and are visible only on the Lawcus calendar.

FAQ2: Can I view my calendar on the mobile app?

Yes, you can view your calendar on the Lawcus mobile app. Additionally, since Lawcus allows integration with your Outlook calendar, you can also check your meetings from there.

To view events on your Lawcus calendar in the mobile app:

  1. Open the Lawcus app.

  2. Navigate to Todo > Calendar to view your schedule.

FAQ3: The events added to my Outlook calendar don't appear in Lawcus. What should I do?

If events from your Outlook Calendar aren't showing up in Lawcus, try the following troubleshooting steps to ensure a seamless integration:

  • Wait for Synchronization: Allow some time, as it may take 10–15 minutes for events from your Outlook Calendar to sync with Lawcus.

  • Check Calendar Mapping

    • In your Lawcus account, click on your Avatar Icon.

    • Go to Settings > Apps and Integration > Email and Calendar Integration, and make sure your calendar is successfully mapped.

    • Note: Do not click "Update Calendar List" after mapping your calendar. This action refreshes the calendar list from Outlook and requires you to remap your calendar.

  • Disable and Enable Integration: If the issue persists, try disabling and re-enabling the integration to refresh the connection.

  • Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser cache, as it may interfere with the display of events. Follow the instructions for your specific browser:
