Exporting matter information from Lawcus allows you to migrate to a new case management software or any other legal Software-as-a-Service solution, ensuring that all matter information is kept in one place. Additionally, exporting matter data allows you to analyze the information to make informed business decisions.
Bulk-exporting Matters' Information Out of Lawcus
Steps to export All Matters' Data from Lawcus:
Click on the
User Avatarand selectSettings.Navigate to the
Apps and Integrationssection, and then click onExport & Import.Within the
Export & Importsection, click on theMatterstab, and then select theExporttab.Select the checkboxes
All open mattersAND/ORAll closed matters, then click theExport mattersbutton to initiate the export process.You will receive an
emailwith aCSV Copyof the matters' data attached. Check your email inbox for this email.
Exporting Matter Data from Selected Pipeline & Stage
Go to
Mattersfrom the left side.Select the desired pipeline by clicking on the
Pipeline Tabon the top.Click on the
Ellipsis Iconnext to theStage Name, then selectExport to CSVfrom dropdown options.Check your mailbox for the email containing the exported CSV file. Download and open the CSV file to access the exported data.
Note: Please be aware that this method only exports the matters within the selected pipeline & selected stage.
Note: You can always use the filter option to further narrow down your data.
Exporting Matter Data from the Matter Page
Go to
Mattersfrom the left side.Select
All Tabfor all matters,Open Tabfor all open matters, andClosed Tabfor all closed matters.Click on the Export option on the top and select Export to CSV option.
Check your mailbox for the email containing the exported CSV file. Download and open the CSV file to access the exported data.
Just like any other instances, use the Filter Option to further narrow down your results to export
While exporting the data from the system, you can select the required columns including custom fields for smooth management of required data.
