Law firms manage time entries in different ways. Some have a manager vet and approve time entries, and others do not have a review process. Whatever your law firm's approach to timesheet management, our workflow functionality is powerful and flexible enough to accommodate it.

Automating a time entry action

To create a workflow that automates time entry:

  1. Click on Automation from the left side menu.​

  2. Click + Add Workflow to add a new workflow.​

  3. Add the Name and Description of the Workflow.

  4. Set up the Trigger, then click on Continue.

  5. Choose the Create Time Entry Action, then click on Next.

  6. Set up the time entry action by providing all necessary details, then click Save. It is as simple as that.
