Automating client portal invitations through the workflow is an excellent way to save time and effort in the client management process. This feature enables you to automate the invitation process for new and existing clients, allowing you to focus on other essential aspects of your legal practice.
Automating client portal invitation
To set up the client portal invitation workflow:
1. Access Automation from the left-side menu, and click + Add Workflow.
2. Select Client Created the trigger type, and click Continue.
Note: that the trigger can be anything related to Matter or Contact.
3. Choose Invite client from the action dropdown, then click Next.
4. Select Client Id from the Use the client value from trigger drop-down options in the Matter client field, and then Save Your configuration.
Once the workflow is active, Lawcus will automatically send a client portal invitation when the selected trigger condition is met.
