Steps to create a branded client portal invitation

To create a firm-branded client portal invitation:

  1. Go to Automation and navigate to the Email Templates tab.

  2. Click on the + New Email Template option to create a new one. 
    Or you can edit the existing default template provided by Lawcus for the client portal invitation

  3. Once you have completed the changes, click on Save to save them.

  4. Click on Assign Templates on the email template page.

  5. Locate Client Portal Invitation, and click on the Select Email Template field to select the preferred template from the available options, then click on Save to assign templates.

Your uploaded law firm logo in firm settings is automatically the logo on the portal. To change it, you'd have to re-upload a new logo.
