Steps to create a branded client portal invitation

To create a firm-branded client portal invitation:

  1. Go to Automation and navigate to the Email Templates tab


  2. Click Assign Templates, tap Create Default Templates, then click Save


  3. Locate and click the Client Portal Invitation Default Template, then tap on any section to make the desired change.


  4. Click on Save


5. Once the invitation email is saved, the email needs to be assigned to the 'Client portal invite' action.


Note: Your uploaded law firm logo in firm settings is automatically the logo on the portal. To change it, you'd have to re-upload a new logo.
