Steps to Create your Email Signature
Click on your
Profile Iconin the top-right corner of Lawcus.Select
Settingsfrom the dropdown menu.Click on
User Settings.Under the
Profile Settingssection, selectEmail Signature.Click on
Create Signatureto add a new signature.
Note: If you already have a signature configured in your Google or Microsoft email account, you can simply copy and paste it here.
Customize Your Signature
In the Email Signature editor, you can:
Type your signature directly.
Copy and paste an existing signature from another platform.
Format the text using the built-in editor.
Add images, logos, and links.
After making your changes, click Save to apply your signature.
Edit an Existing Signature
If you need to update your signature later:
Navigate to
Settings > User Settings > Profile Settings > Email Signature.Click the
Pencil Iconnext to your existing signature.Make the desired changes.
Click
Saveagain to update your signature.
