Email templates are a great way to save time and ensure consistency in your communication with clients. With Lawcus, you can create personalized email templates that reflect your brand's uniqueness and provide a professional touch to your emails.
Here's how you can create an email template in Lawcus:
Click on the
Automation
tab from the left side menu.
Select
Email Templates
from the available options
Click on the “+New Email Template” button to create a new email template.
Choose a template from the available options or custom build your own template via “New Text Template” or “New HTML Template”. After selecting available templates, click on “Customize” to update the template based on your requirement.
Use “Merge Tags” and “Subject System Tags” to personalize the email and subject, if necessary.
“Select a file” to personalize an attachment to the email, if necessary.
Once you're done, click on the Save button to save the template.
That's it! You can now use this email template whenever you need to send a similar email to your clients or prospects.
Note: You can also customize your email signature to match your brand's identity by going to Settings > User Settings > Email Signature.
