That's it! You can now use this email template whenever you need to send a similar email to your clients or prospects.

Note: You can also select & customize the Font, Alignment, etc. and insert links, photos, videos, emotions, etc. If required, you can use the AI to write the template as well.

Note: You can also customize your email signature to match your brand's identity by going to Settings > User Settings > Email Signature.

Steps to Create an Email Template (HTML Template)

  1. Click on New HTML Template at Step 4 above.

  2. Add the Template Name and Subject Line. Subject System Tags can be used for personalization of the templates.

  3. Select a file to personalize an attachment to the email, if necessary.

  4. Drag and drop the desired elements from the right to create the outline of your email. Utilize Content, Blocks and Body to meet your unique requirements fully. In this step, when you drag and drop text fields, you will automatically get access to the Merge Fields. The Merge Fields can be used for further personalization. For example, in Invoice Email Templates, invoice fields merge tags to automatically insert dynamic invoice details such as invoice number, the amount due, due date, etc.

  5. Click Save to complete the process.
