Bulk Update allows you to make the same change across multiple records at once, eliminating the need to open and edit each record individually. Whether you’re updating tasks after a court date changes, assigning a new team member, retagging contacts, or updating matters, Bulk Update helps you complete repetitive work in just a few clicks.

Bulk Update is available across multiple areas of Lawcus and applies the same action to all selected records while respecting your permissions.

Watch the video below for a complete walkthrough of how Bulk Update works across Lawcus. You’ll learn how to select multiple records, update them in a single action, manage tasks, contacts, leads, matters, activities, and invoices, and see real-world examples like shifting task deadlines, assigning teammates, and updating retainers.
