Task Insights help you understand how tasks are being managed across your individual workload or your firm. They provide visibility into task deadlines, priorities, workload distribution, and matters that may require attention.
Task Insights are part of the broader Lawcus Insights framework and follow a consistent structure, making it easier to navigate and analyze your task data.
Accessing Task Insights
You can access Task Insights from:
Tasks → Insights → Task Insights
Within Task Insights, you will find two perspectives:
My Task Insights – Focused on tasks assigned to you.
All Task Insights – Focused on tasks across your firm.
My Task Insights
My Task Insights provides a personalized view of your task workload.
What You'll See
A Task Snapshot showing overdue, due today, upcoming, high-priority, and tasks without due dates.
Tasks by Due Date Bucket to understand how your workload is distributed across different time periods.
Today's Tasks to see tasks that need to be completed today.
Top Matters Needing Attention to identify matters with a higher concentration of open or urgent tasks.
Use My Task Insights to prioritize your work, stay ahead of deadlines, and identify tasks that need immediate attention.

Access Requirements
My Task Insights is available to users who have permission to access My Insights (Task).
To assign this permission, go to:
User Avatar → Manage Your Organization → Roles and Permissions
Then enable My Insights (Task) for the required role.
If you do not see My Task Insights, it may be due to permission restrictions set by your administrator.
All Task Insights
All Task Insights provides a broader view of tasks across your firm.
What You'll See
Firm Task Snapshot to understand the overall task workload.
Tasks by Due Date Bucket to analyze how tasks are distributed based on their deadlines.
Top Matters Needing Attention to identify matters with a high volume of open or urgent tasks.
Use All Task Insights to monitor workload across the firm, identify potential bottlenecks, and understand where tasks may require additional attention.
