No refunds for all services, including subscriptions & data migration. Cancellation credit issued but non-transferable. Terms apply.

Our company values the satisfaction of our customers, and we strive to provide quality services to meet their needs. However, we have a strict no-refund policy for all our services, including data migration and any unused portions of monthly or annual subscriptions, regardless of the subscription or service type. This policy applies to all customers who use our services.

Please note that in the event of subscription or service cancellation or removal of a user(s) from your account, no refund will be issued. However, the unused portion of the service fee or subscription fee for the affected user(s) in the current billing cycle will be credited to your account on a pro-rata basis. This credit can be used towards future billing within the next 12 months.

The credit is non-transferable and cannot be used to offset any other payments or obligations you may have with our company. Moreover, any unused credits will be forfeited if you terminate your account.

This policy is necessary to ensure fairness for all of our customers. Therefore, we do not make any exceptions to this policy under any circumstances.
