To add a new task:

  1. Click on Tasks in the left sidebar to open the Tasks screen.

  2. Type a name for the task.


3. Optionally, click on the icons next to the Add button to set various options for the task. These include:


Make the task private. If you mark a task as Private, your teammates will not be able to see it.


Connect the task with a matter or lead.


Assign the task to one or more teammates.


Set an end-date for the task.

4. Click on the Add button to add the task to your list of tasks.

Note: If you have specified an end date, the task will also be added to your Calendar.

Tip: You can also quickly add a new task from any screen, by clicking on the + icon and selecting New Task from the menu that appears.
