If you have any unwanted lead entries in Lawcus that need to be removed, you can easily delete them using one of two methods: via the Manage Leads screen or through the Not Hired Leads List. Here's how to do it:
Click on "Leads" in the sidebar menu. This action will open the Leads screen, where you can manage your leads. You can also click on “Not Hired Leads” to open the not-hired list.
Click on the specific lead entry that you wish to delete. This will bring up the Lead Details screen, allowing you to view more information about the lead.
The "Delete lead" option is in the Quick Actions panel. Click on it to initiate the deletion process.
Lawcus will ask for confirmation to ensure you want to delete the lead. To proceed, click on "Yes," and the lead will be permanently removed from your records.
