If you want to track the success of your lead conversion efforts, you can generate a lead conversion report in Lawcus. Here's how to do it:
Click on the “Dashboard” tab
View the “Conversion Rate” to see an overview of the conversion rate of leads that were converted to matters. You can filter it by Lead Source, Referrer, Practice Area, Originating Attorney, Responsible Attorney, Week, and Month.
Alternatively, you can follow these steps:
Click on the “Leads” tab on the left-hand side of your screen
Select the “Converted Leads” sub-tab to view the report on lead conversion.
