How to Generate a Lead Conversion Report in Lawcus?

A regular review of your lead conversion reports gets you valuable insights into the effectiveness of your lead generation strategies and you can make informed, data-driven decisions to improve your firm’s performance. To measure how effectively your leads are turning into matters, you can generate and access the Lead Conversion Dashboard.

Steps to get Lead Conversion Data

  1. Click on Dashboard on the left.

  2. Locate the Conversion Rate section to view an overview of how many leads have been converted into matters.

  3. Use filters like Lead Source, Referrer, Practice Area, Originating Timekeeper, Responsible Timekeeper, Week, and Month to refine your insights.

  4. You can also use the date range filter to get data for a particular date range.

Note: The data is presented as charts and part of the overall dashboards. So, you can't download them as it is. A workaround is to take a screenshot of the data when required to present.

Alternative way to get Lead Conversion Data

  1. Click on the Leads on the left-hand panel.

  2. Select the Converted Leads tab to access a detailed list of all converted leads.

  3. Use Filters, Groups, and Aggregation to consolidate the data based on your requirements.

  4. You can also export the data here. Click on the Export button after filtering the desired data, and select the Export to CSV option.
