No, you currently cannot see your calendar availability while scheduling directly in the matter/lead.
However, a convenient workaround is available:
Navigate to the "Calendars" section to review your schedule.
Click on the Calendar and select the date/time/matter etc. to schedule
This is going to add a meeting to the matter, specifying the chosen date/time from your calendar.
