In Lawcus, conditional logic empowers you to create smarter online forms that adapt to each client's needs. By utilizing conditional logic, you can customize the questions based on specific criteria, resulting in a more efficient form-filling process.

Steps to Deploy Conditional Logic on Questions

  1. Go to the Automation section and select Intake Form.

  2. Edit an Intake Form or click Add New Form in the Form Builder, and provide a Title for the form.

  3. Use the Add button to include questions, and ensure the question type is Single Choice for conditional logic.

  4. Locate the desired question & answer, choose Show/Hide questions from the Ellipsis menu, and configure the visibility of subsequent questions based on the answer.

  5. Select the answer option and check the checkbox for the next question that should appear based on the answer.

  6. Click Save to finalize the conditional logic settings.

Steps to Deploy Conditional Logic on Pages

  1. Organize questions effectively by creating multiple pages in the Form Builder.

  2. Navigate to the desired question, select Go to page based on answers from the menu, and configure the visibility of subsequent pages based on the answer.

  3. Select the answer option and check the checkbox for the next page that should be revealed based on the answer.

  4. Click Save or Update to save the conditional logic settings for the form.
