How to create expense entries using UTBMS codes?

No doubt, using UTBMS expense codes during a matter of expense entry takes the hassle off legal billing. By associating the relevant code with an expense, you only need to enter fewer descriptions for the legal services rendered.

Note: You must have enabled UTBMS codes on your account.

Steps to create expense entries with UTBMS codes

To associate a UTBMS expense code with a matter expense entry:

  1. Go to Activities, then click on the Dropdown next to the New Time Entry button and select New Expense.โ€‹

  2. Input all the necessary details.โ€‹

  3. Click the Activity Category field and choose a relevant activity code (UTBMS Codes) from the drop-down list.

  4. Click onย Save to wrap up the process.
