Lawcus Insights are designed to help you understand how work is getting done across the firm — from individual productivity to overall team performance.
Insights in Lawcus are organized in a simple and consistent way so you can always find the information that matters to you.

How Lawcus Insights Are Organized

Lawcus Insights are organized around two key ideas:

  1. What type of work the insight belongs to

  2. Whose activity the insight is based on

This structure remains the same across all current and future Insight modules in Lawcus.

1. Insight Modules (What the Insight Is About)

Each Insight belongs to a specific module in Lawcus.
A module represents a core area of your firm’s operations.
Examples include:

  • Time Insights – How time is tracked and utilized

  • Billing Insights – How revenue and invoices perform (coming soon)

  • Matter Insights – How matters progress and perform (coming soon)

As Lawcus grows, new modules will appear, but they will always follow the same structure described in this guide.

2. Insight Perspectives (Whose Activity Is Shown)

Within each module, insights are available in two perspectives based on the type of activity being analyzed.
