This integration allows law firms to automatically capture client intake information from inbound calls and sync it directly into Lawcus.

Clerx AI acts as a 24/7 AI receptionist and automated intake platform designed for law firms. When integrated with Lawcus, it records call details, captures structured intake information, and automatically creates leads, contacts, and call summaries inside Lawcus.

This integration helps ensure that every inbound call is captured, organized, and ready for follow-up without manual data entry.


Steps to Set up the Integration

Follow these steps to connect your Clerx AI account with Lawcus.

1. Log in to Clerx AI

Go to app.clerx.ai and log in to your Clerx AI account.

2. Navigate to Integrations

From the dashboard, go to: Settings β†’ Integrations

3. Select Lawcus

Find Lawcus in the list of available integrations and select it.

4. Connect Your Lawcus Account

Click Connect Lawcus.

You will be prompted to:

  • Log in with your Lawcus credentials

  • Authorize the integration between Clerx AI and Lawcus

5. Configure Integration Preferences

After connecting, configure how the integration should work, including:

  • Lead creation preferences

  • Contact syncing

  • Call summary logging

6. Save Configuration

Click Save Configuration to complete the setup.

Once connected, Clerx AI will automatically begin syncing intake information, leads, and call summaries into Lawcus.
