You can use Internal Notes to keep track of:

How to Add Internal Notes
Follow these steps to add Internal Notes to an invoice:
Navigate to
Billing.Open an existing invoice by clicking
Edit, or create a new invoice by selectingNew Invoice.You can also create a new invoice directly from a
MatterorLead.
Locate the
Internal Notessection.Enter any information your team needs, such as detailed notes, billing instructions, reminders, or descriptions.
Save the note.
Your Internal Notes will be stored with the invoice and will only be accessible to members of your firm.

Once an Internal Note is saved, Lawcus automatically records:
