How to Locate Notes and Interactions in a Matter Using Lawcus?

Managing numerous notes and interactions within a matter can be overwhelming, especially when searching for specific information. Lawcus simplifies this process by offering a powerful search functionality that allows users to quickly locate relevant notes and interactions within a matter.

Steps to Search Notes and Interactions

  1. Click Matters on the sidebar menu.

  2. Locate the desired matter and open it.

  3. Within the Activity section, locate the Search Notes Icon and click on it.

  4. Enter the text you wish to search for. As you type, Lawcus will promptly display all relevant notes and interactions containing the entered text.

Tip: To revert to the complete list of entries, simply clear the search box by deleting the text.

Tips for Efficient Searching:

  • Use Relevant Keywords: To get the most accurate results, input keywords that are specific to the information you are trying to find.

  • Be Precise: If you're dealing with many interactions, use unique phrases or details to locate the desired note quickly.

  • Use Filters: Depending on your requirements, you can also apply additional filters to refine your search even further.
