When you have a large number of notes or interactions (such as meetings, phone calls, fact entries, and issue entries) with a client, it can sometimes become difficult to quickly locate a particular entry. With the latest update from Lawcus, you can now conveniently pin notes and other interactions within a matter.
Pinning an interaction offers the following benefits:
Quick access: The pinned entry is automatically added to the Pinned Notes panel, enabling you to locate it swiftly whenever needed.
To pin an entry in the Interaction section of a matter, follow these steps:
Open the Matters screen by clicking on "Matters" in the sidebar menu.
Select the desired matter to view its details.
In the Interaction section, hover your mouse pointer over the entry you want to pin. Lawcus displays a set of icons next to the entry.
4. Click on the Pin Note icon. Lawcus will add the pinned icon to the entry and include it in the Pinned Notes panel for easy access.
To view all the pinned entries, navigate to the Pinned Notes panel. Simply click on the icon associated with an entry to locate it within the Interactions panel. Alternatively, if you prefer a more detailed view, click on the "Show more" link to open the entry in a convenient pop-up window.
Pro tip: If you wish to unpin an entry, you have two options. You can either click on the Unpin Note icon in the Interactions panel or click on the 'X' symbol next to the entry within the Pinned Notes panel.
