Lawcus offers a robust system for managing and tracking leads as they progress through various stages on their journey to becoming valued customers. By default, Lawcus provides a 4-stage lead conversion process, consisting of Prospect, Initial Consultation, Follow-up, and Sign Agreement stages. However, you can customize your lead conversion process to align with your unique workflow.

Here's how you can tailor your lead conversion stages to fit your needs:

Renaming a Stage

To rename a stage, follow these simple steps:

  1. A More Options icon (ellipsis button) appears next to the stage name.

  2. Click on the More Options icon and choose "Rename Stage" from the dropdown menu.

  3. Enter the new name for the stage and press Enter on your keyboard to save it.

Re-ordering Stages

To rearrange the order of your defined stages, use the following steps:

  1. A More Options icon (ellipsis button) appears next to the stage name.

  2. Click on the More Options icon and select "Reorder Stages" from the pop-up menu.

  3. Lawcus will display the Reorder Stages form, allowing you to drag and drop stages to their desired positions.

  4. After adjusting the order to your liking, click the 'X' button to close the form.

Tip: You can also reorder stages by clicking on a stage name and dragging it to the left or right within the stage list.

Adding a Stage

While Lawcus defaults to a 4-stage lead conversion process, you can add more stages to your list when needed:

  1. Navigate to the Leads screen.

  2. Click on the "Add New Stage" button.

  3. Enter the name of the new stage and click the "Add" button.

  4. Lawcus will append the new stage to the end of your existing list of stages.

  5. If you want to change the order, drag and drop the new stage to its desired location.

  6. To add more stages, repeat steps 3 and 4 as needed.

  7. Finally, click the 'x' button to exit the "Add New Stages" mode.

Removing a Stage

To remove an unwanted stage from your lead conversion process, follow these steps:

  1. A More Options icon (ellipsis button) appears next to the stage name.

  2. Click on the More Options icon and select "Remove" from the menu that appears.

  3. Lawcus will prompt you for confirmation and inform you that all matters associated with the stage will be closed when you remove it.

  4. Click "Remove" to proceed. Lawcus will then remove the stage, close, and archive all related matters.

With Lawcus, you can shape and refine your lead conversion stages, ensuring that your workflow aligns seamlessly with your practice's unique requirements. Customize your stages, streamline your processes, and keep your firm running efficiently.
