All hope is not lost in any of this case. You can always re-open a closed matter at any time on Lawcus, without any hassle or delay.

To re-open a closed matter:

1. Go to the Matters tab

2. Click More Actions and then Closed matters

3. Click Re-open in front of a closed matter
