Effective communication with clients is essential in the legal profession, and Lawcus makes it easier than ever to share information and collaborate on matters. However, there may be situations where you need to revoke access or "unshare" a matter with a client.

Steps to Revoke Client Access

To unshare a matter with a client in Lawcus, follow these steps:

  1. Click open Matters from the left-side menu, Select the specific matter that you want to Unshare with the client.

  2. Navigate to the Quick Actions section on the right-hand side and click on Share Matter with Client. This feature allows you to manage client access to the matter, and you will see clients who currently have access to the matter.

  3. There will be an option to Remove Access with the selected client. Click on this option to revoke the matter access from the client portal.

This ensures that client access is revoked when required.
