  4. Input a template name and email subject line


  5. Click Save

Plain text email templates are precisely what they sound like. They are email content formats with plain text and no bells and whistles.

To create Plain Text email template:

  1. Click on on New Text Template


  2. Input the email content


  3. Include invoice fields merge tags to automate the inclusion of dynamic invoice details such as invoice number, amount due, and due date.


  4. Enter a template name and email subject line


  5. Click Save
