How to set up Confido Legal Payment integration?

Integrate Confido with Lawcus for improved payment collection, cost reduction, and efficient cash management.

Confido payment processing system is designed specifically for law firms. Integrating Confido with your Lawcus account can enhance your clients' payment collection experience, reduce payment processing costs and time, and effectively manage all cash inflows.

Please note that integrating with Confido will disconnect any existing integration you may have with other legal payment solutions on Lawcus.

Follow the steps below to set up Confido integration:

  1. Click on your avatar icon located in the top right corner of the Lawcus and select "Settings.”

  2. Navigate to the "Apps & Integrations" section and click on "Online Payments.

  3. Click on the "Connect" button displayed in front of the Confido logo.


    Note: If you already have an integration with another legal payment solution, you must disconnect it before connecting Confido.

  4. A login page for Confido will appear. Enter your Confido account credentials to proceed with the integration process.

  5. After successfully logging into your Confido account, you will be prompted to map your operating and trust accounts.

By following these steps, you will be able to set up Confido integration in Lawcus, enabling you to leverage the advanced features and benefits offered by Confido for streamlined payment processing within your law firm.
