Integrating with Lex Reception
To setup an integration with Lex Reception from Lawcus
From your Lex Reception account, click the gear-like Settings icon
Tap Advanced Settings and ensure it's switched to the Integrations tab
Click on Lawcus, then tap Activate in the next window
Note: If Lawcus and other softwares do not appear, try using another web browserTap Continue in the Setup Trigger window
Enter your Lawcus account login email and password, then tap the Log in button
Tap Allow in the next authentication window
Define the action expected upon a trigger by selecting any of the 3 available options (or targets), then tap Continue. In this case, we choose Contact
Populate all fields by selecting the appropriate options from the drop-down menus and once done, click Continue
Click the Test button to try out the new integration.
Navigate to Contacts on your Lawcus account to confirm the test contact has been added
Navigate back to Lex Reception and click the Finish button in the successful test window, to conclude the integration process
