For matters whose visibility is set to private, you can change the visibility to public at any time. Setting a matter's visibility to public opens its access to every member of the firm.
Changing matter visibility to public
To change a matter's visibility from private to public:
Go to Matters and open a desired matter
Navigate to the Quick Actions section, tap Set visibility to private, then select Yes in the pop-up window
