You can change the visibility of matters that are set to private to public at any time. Setting a matter's visibility to the public opens its access to every member of the firm.

To change a matter's visibility from private to public:

Click on <code>Matters</code> from the left menu and open the desired matter.

Navigate to the <code>Quick Actions</code> section, click on <code>Set visibility to public</code>, and confirm by selecting <code>Yes</code> in the pop-up window. ​
