Adding file attachments to email templates
To add an attachment to an email template:
Go to Automation and navigate to Email Templates
If you do not have an existing email template, please create a new email template by clicking on New Email Template Add Button.
You can select the desired email template if your system has existing templates.
Click on the “Drag your file here, or select a file” option to select the file to upload as an attachment.
After completing the file upload, click Save to wrap up the process.
