FAQ Section
FAQ 1: Can I access all files on a firm-wide basis instead of just the files associated with a particular matter?
Answer: We don't have this functionality currently, where you can check all files on a firm-wide basis.
FAQ2: I'm running into a glitch when accessing a client file. What do I do?
Answer: It could be because the client is linked to one of the matters with corrupt data imported from your previous software. Clear the Browser Cache and retry again. If the issue persists, contact Lawcus support.
