By utilizing the Lead Type as an exit rule, you can ensure a seamless and organized system that automates lead transitions based on their status. This Lead type exit rule will help you if, during the workflow, the lead is marked as Not Hired or Converted to a matter, and you want to stop the workflow from moving further.

Steps to Add Lead Type Exit Rules

  1. Navigate to the Automation on the left and select Workflows. You will see all your created workflows here.

  2. Locate the workflow where you want to add the exit rule and click on it to open details.

  3. Click on the Exit Rule button on the top.

  4. In the field, select Lead Status. In Field Condition, select Is.

  5. Choose any one option from the value dropdown:

    1. Open lead - Workflow will exit if the lead is still active.

    2. Not Hired Lead - The workflow will exit if the lead is marked as not hired during the workflow execution.

    3. Converted Lead - The workflow will exit if the lead is converted to matter in the duration of the workflow execution.

  6. Click on X to exit the popup. Update the workflow once the changes are made.

Please use AND or OR conditions to add more values and more fields.

Note: Open Exit Rule and click on the Trash Icon to Delete the exit rule.
